So I had this amazing flavour combo that I made last year in a tart form but it did not work out the way I wanted to and surprise surprise as a chef I did not have enough time to play around with it until now!
The blackberry and caramel flavour combo that I absolutely loved has finally seen daylight in a shape and form of a french petit gateau.
