In the pastry subscription we will learn pastry tips, trade tricks and recipes, multiple tecniques that all combined together will help you to improve your skills and equip you with valuable knowledge whether you want to have a deeper dive down into pastry, you are starting out, you are a professional or a business owner. 

The subscription will have a different theme each month according to which we will be learning by. For instance, this month's theme is choux so we will learn all things choux - regular dough, chocolate dough, piping, fillings, regular choux, eclairs, key to your choux pastry looking beautiful and even etc. Plus you will have a lot of written and video educational content, also pastry reccomendations and reviews. Depending from the tier you choose - you will have either a Q&A or a mentorship options on top on all of the benifits mentioned above. have a look by clicking below. Learn how to make the most incredible black forest entremet in a live group class! The class will be held at the legendary Happy Endings pastry kitchen on Saturday 20th January.

What you will learn:

I will demonstrate how to make an insert of kirsch soaked chocolate sponge, kirsch cherry jelly and creme fraiche ganache. We will make a creme angalise mousse together and assemble the entremet. I will show you how to make a shinny mirror glaze and we will glaze and decorate the cake together. I will aslo show you how to temper chocolate and we will make chocolate gingerbread men.

We will use the best ingredients, you will get to take a whole cake home and keep all the recipes and methods.

Class date - Saturday, 20th January. Price is currently on a special Christmas offer £149pp instead of £175. Due to preparations to make the class and a small group size, class fees are non-refundable.

The class will include light lunch and refreshments. Class will be 10am -14pm approx 4 hours including a lunch break.
